That all went down within a few feet of NYC Mayor and no one was detained nor did any authority step in. Lawlessness, cant be too upset if citizens take things into their own hands if there's no enforcement of law. She thought she could act without any consequences. No one should be able to provoke others physically and expect no reaction.
