Can you assume me there will be no pedophiles in your neighborhood? I am just wondering if pedophiles are scared of confederate statues and names.. After all, you are guarenting a 100% safe of crime neighborhood. If someone allows their kids to go out and about the neighborhood thinking they will be 100% safe of crimes and someone gets a hold of them.. You better have your lawyers ready.

Kaneohe Marine Corps Air Station was pretty damn close to a 100% safe of crime area.
Kids would roam around the base with no worries (except for the time we picked up live mortar rounds in the woods around the housing area).
At the MCB at Quantico, there was a girl in my h.s. - a very good looking senior who looked older than she was. There is a civilian town of Quantico landlocked by the base. Some civilian POS was trying to attack the girl and he ran after her as she went back onto the base. She ran into a building that had 10-15 young Marines. The perp ran in the building after her.
Hot girl + bored young Marines + thug chasing her = arse beating.
