They have two different sections of the Interstate down to one lane. First one is E. I-10 around the lakes and second is E. I-12 past Airline. Dumb

Total about 7 miles of interstate down to I lane and I saw a total of about 6 guys. Doing nothing obvious. No heavy equipment.

They have tried to fix that but it gets killed by the public and politicians. They are trying again and there are folks who are trying to kill it.
