Yea. I noticed Tarzan’s side stepped the excerpt I quoted.

I concede it’s been a hot summer. Hotter than many people have ever seen. But I don’t believe humans made it that way.

Google Medieval Warming Period.

You will find many inconvenient truths if you do.

Is there any indication of a drop in temps anytime soon??

This awful heat feels like it’s never gonna end

I don’t know. Mother Nature has been extremely unkind to LA and SE Texas this year.

Maybe you are right. Somebody needs to tell India and China to do something.

Currently 111°F in College Station. What's normal about that? It's crazy

It was 91° today in Huntsville, just 14° degrees away from setting a new daily record.

See how that works?

No, because if you are talking about Huntsville, Tx, I’d say you’re full of shite. If Huntsville, Alabama, that’s another story.

Even if a drop takes place, I’d still be concerned about winds leading to more wildfires if there is still not any significant rain in sight.

The second one, of course.

When is the last time Louisiana had this bad of a drought? I don't remember one recently. I remember one in the 90s that was pretty bad.

If you're trying to ask in Spanish for "a link" it's "un enlace."

Dumb.

If our gulf invest closes that low off soon, it has a chance to make a run toward high end TS/maybe low end Cane.

Better if it takes its sweet time.

Also, the climate debate is tiresome.

no offense Mr Sausage, but i’ve lived in SE Tejas for 15 years and when i think “Huntsville”, i think Alabama. Not the town everyone speeds through to get to the Buc-cees in Madisonville.

2010 into 2011 was rough for the majority of the state, worse in the north to start, but enveloped the majority of the state in Exceptional Drought by July of 2011. The state didn't completely clear that drought until well into 2012.
