Ready to leave the house for a week again if I get a repeat of last year. I don't hunker down since I have the flexibility to go elsewhere. Besides I have spent multiple days in my lifetime sweating my arse off during multi-day power outages due to hurricanes. Best just to leave the area and take an unplanned vacation.
Note: I do stay during the storm to deal with any damage that might occur. If no damage I'll hop into my fully fueled truck and find an interesting destination.

I don't get alarmed until the GFS and Euro report the same scenario. GFS can be wonky on long forecasts.
