My grandfather flooded in '16 and the house that he lived in for 50+ years was torn down and rebuilt. He just moved in a few months ago. My Aunt just called me and he's currently getting water is new house right now.

Albany. Evidently it's not a lot of water, but it's still frustrating

As we saw this morning, predicting precipitation is pretty tough. I wasn't ready for 2016 flashbacks this morning.

I also live in albany and was flooded. without giving away too much about ur granddad I think I might know the location if its right in town, although I think this one just moved in about month ago

Yeah the bigger issue would be areas like Pierre Part and Stephensville.
