My grandfather flooded in '16 and the house that he lived in for 50+ years was torn down and rebuilt. He just moved in a few months ago. My Aunt just called me and he's currently getting water is new house right now.

Albany. Evidently it's not a lot of water, but it's still frustrating

ETA: Their rain gauge is showing 10" just from this morning

We can deal with that unless it's in an hour like this morning. Gauge out by me picked up 6.5" in 90 minutes but it's draining pretty quick. Should be able to deal with it tomorrow.

As we saw this morning, predicting precipitation is pretty tough. I wasn't ready for 2016 flashbacks this morning.

I also live in albany and was flooded. without giving away too much about ur granddad I think I might know the location if its right in town, although I think this one just moved in about month ago

Yeah the bigger issue would be areas like Pierre Part and Stephensville.
