To add, I noticed the FL State of Emergency post got downvotes. 1) It's better to be safe than sorry, this just releases resources and money in case of the storm coming there. 2) If they don't need it, the Gov. can send those resources where ever the storm goes.

The operational run of the GFS took Nate up to 57kts, or 65mph, but the ensembles were much more bearish. That's good news for now:

We are supposed to go to Panama City beach leaving Saturday morning and coming back wednesday. Problem is we are traveling with an 8 year old and 9 month old. Still up in the air if we are going or not
