And New Orleans was, indeed, in the cone. It's why it's there and they ALWAYS say that if you are in the cone, you are potentially in danger from a direct hit.

Glory be the day they can develop a model that will tell you within a mile where a storm will hit 2 weeks out. But shite ain't there yet.

That will be worse, imo. If we knew irma would hit the keys two weeks ago, 95 percent of miamis population would not have evacuated

Did you see Miami today? It got slammed. At least 50% should've have still evacuated just to keep them from doing stupid shite during a hurricane
