This time tomorrow i think its gonna look like mostly cat 1 type damage. Power outages. Damage to shitty structure

Storm surge not looking impressive anywhere

Everyone would have been fine hanging out in the condo. Tomorrow should be a nice beach day.

I was told by a realtor that they and tourism boards are trying to push people to stop saying panhandle. Why? And oh sure. We will just all change what we have been saying for 100 years just for yall panhandle fricks.

Panhandle has a redneck connotation and 30A/Destin/Miramar Beach folk don’t want to be associated with the white trash.

Had reservations starting tomorrow night, restaurant reservations, etc. nothing brings on an October hurricane like me planning a trip to the coast the prior February. I’ve now brought Nate, Michael, and this storm I can’t pronounce

Just because they have money and act like rednecks, don't make them any classier. Destin has a lot of redneck trash, who have money living there.

I think it’s interesting we have temps and dew points in the mid 60s in a hurricane. This thing is beginning to turn extratropical. The storm is devoid of thunderstorms south of the center.

The Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier appears to still be intact, lighting and all

My cameras finally quit about 30 mins ago, but it looks like Pensacola is almost out of the woods

Tomorrow is going to be a beautiful fricking day, and we will see what damage is to be seen. Today was supposed to be one of best fishing days of the year 4 feeding times of xxx after a neap tide day. I am going out Sunday if I can.

Unless you work for snake farm don’t piss all over the storm damage yet. It’s a weird storm, we will know when we fricking know.

This isn’t Katrina, (you know that Cat 3 storm with 26 foot tidal wave and 115 mile an hour winds. (Per all the insurance experts. Went 0-6 with jury’s in Mississippi with that shite)) Some of you mfers pissed all over that right after it hit too, until the levee broke. (Which wasn’t really storm damage but human stupidity.)

This ain’t Georges either. Every fricking hurricane is different and I have been though dozens of them from Camille to Katrina and everything in between. They are all pain in the arse for someone, just a question of whether it’s your pain in the arse or someone else’s.
That’s the cost we all pay to live in paradise on the coast.

Res Ipsa Loquitur.
