When are we do for another NOAA cone of uncertainty update? Thought it was every 3hrs, which would have been 7am, not the 4am its still showing

Was that a prelim and waiting on the reocon data and doing the 10am?

For you young ones: this is what we had and usually was taped to the fridge side. Living in South Louisiana, every kid knew about longitude and latitude. Well, at least the private school kids did.
