In 2004 FL got 4 hurricanes in a month. It was discussed then that even a small hurricane would put 14 feet of water in downtown Tampa. For whatever it's worth, and whatnot.
There is a small slowdown at Plant City but I-4 is pretty wide open.

Why anyone would stay when their town is projected to get hit with 120+ sustained wind is a Darwin candidate. I absolutely don't understand these people.

Good luck. After the flooding we went through last year, I feel for you. It's the anticipation and not knowing that's so hard now. It's good that people like you are staying. Lots of folks that live there aren't from there. Hope it ends up not being too bad for you. Keep us posted.
