Yet some on barrier island in Brevard County are not planning to heed the "mandatory" evacuation warning. I don't like to be told what to do all the time eithet. But if you don't evacuate, please write you're SS# or name & phone # of relative on your body! Think of the First Responders who Will be unable to reach you for a little while or a long while!
