Damn that's a whole week of staying in the water if it takes the eastern portion of that cone.

I-26E in SC. They're probably coming from Atlanta?

They could be headed to any of the places you listed.

I said last night that this could end up being possibly the biggest impact of this storm. That stall is in the worst possible place for the northern Bahamas. It is just going to sit on them for 2+ days. Terrible.

NHC adjusted the track eastward a tad, but as rds mentioned, a few models are still showing westward components that may keep Florida in play. There is currently more model support for out to sea completely than there is a Florida track, so that's still encouraging.

Josh Morgerman is flying into the Bahamas. People around here talk about Jim Cantore showing up being bad news, but if Morgerman pops into my town I'm leaving.

I love how the weather channel freaks out and acts like tropical storm force winds are something to be concerned about.

Thanks. I'm sitting here in The Villages, FL. Most around here have done what they can to prepare had the earlier forecasts held; NOBODY is "standing down" just yet.

Any idea where? I think I would rather be at Atlantis than anywhere else on any of those islands.

Also, Desantis is saying they are bringing in gas. Has anybody heard any availability rumors recently?

Pop that pill, put the light blue shirt on, and get out there in that golf cart. Find a good one before the next update.
