I've been to IHOP late at night, me and whoever I was with was probably the only white people in there other than some workers. Not once did I feel threatened or uncomfortable..
I've gone to Waffle House late at night.. We were the ONLY white people in there (this is something that happened multiple times). The waitresses and the guy who owned it (the cook, which is common at WH.. The main cook owns the franchise) knew us.
He would always come talk to us.. One time he told us "you know.. most white people, if they see a place filled with n---as they don't fricking with it, but yall cool. Yall aint like other white folk"..
I remember saying something like "man people are people. If I want to go somewhere I don't care what color somebody's sick in".. This is all paraphrasing, but I just remember dude telling us "see.. that's why i like yall n---as".
One time we just finished eating and they had some shite about to pop off in the parking lot.. And the dude told us... Yall stay in here bc those n---as are stupid. Im calling the police so just wait til they get here".
IDK, I just think this is funny. I have never gone to somewhere I wanted to go and saw more black people than white or whatever and thought "Im not going in there. Those black people are dangerous".

There are more IHOPs now than there were "back in the day". And not all of them will look like an episode of "Leave It To Beaver".. But if you go to most IHOPs between 6AM-7PM or so you will likely get a decent dining experience.
You go to any IHOP between 10PM- 2 or 3AM.. There is a good chance you might see some hood shite (whether its thugs or rednecks).
You just never heard about what went on during those times like you do today.. Because of camera phones and shite.

Watched every second of that. Definitely entertaining. I am kind of disappointed ole baw could not keep him down after he threw those early haymakers. Figured he was going to lay him out but it did not happen. Still good stuff.

His TO GO pancake order was apparently halted by one of the Monica’s who didn’t like his attitude. Then another Monica who was ordering pancakes was told she was next and a sticky situation developed.
