So when you are younger you generally have more time to do fun things and feel good BUT don't have the money. Or if you do spend it you are digging a hole your future self has to overcome.

As you get older some have the money but don't have the time...then they get closer to retirement and don't feel good enough to enjoy it.

It's a dangerous game we are all playing....choose wisely how you balance time/money/experiences!

Leaving it in claims another victim.

I'm 47 going on 48. Feel every single bit of my years. Started going down hill at 44. Grey hair, baggy eyes, vision going to shite, etc. Getting old sucks big time

Ear hair.

Lately I have to trim my new crop of ear hair like every 3 days now.

If you have noticed a sudden accumulation of wrinkles, aches and pains or a general sensation of having grown older almost overnight, there may be a scientific explanation. Research suggests that rather than being a slow and steady process, aging occurs in at least two accelerated bursts.

68 for me.

Had my last at 42....damn I cant imagine having a 4 year old! And as far as aging I have noticed two things and both at 52-54....gray hair has just gone wild and eyesight. I have readers covering every corner of this home and God help me if I go to a restaurant. It is getting quite alarming.

I always forget mine going to restaurants or the grocery store. You have to take a picture of what you are trying to read with your phone and then zoom in

I recently started thinking that if people waited to have kids at older and older ages, we could eventually extend the human lifespan and physical prime by decades.

It won’t help us individuals and would have some negative (but some positive) societal effects.

Think about it: if we choose not to reproduce until our 40s/50s, it’ll create a selection pressure to keep humans fit in those decades that up until now have been ignored by evolution.

My husband will not bring readers with him - so I just hold the menu up from the other side of the table

I look almost identical at 51 as I did at 40. I do hurt more though.

I don't mind putting mine on in public, I just forget them a lot. I went 44 years without needing glasses. I have all of these random pictures of menus and labels in my phone

Can confirm. It starts with eyesight going bad. Then you start noticing things like cuts taking longer to heal or hangovers and colds being harder to get over. Then internal problems start, like acid reflux or high blood pressure. Then joint and muscle problems creep in. Grey hairs then launch their assault, beginning with the 'soft underbelly' of the chin, then invading from the east and west above the sideburns.

Nailed it. Bug bites take a year to heal it seems. I’m in my late 40s.
