Human Resources computer class on Sexual Harrassment today. Gonna skip it

What makes them experts on this? Reckon they will get even?
PS: I hate Human Resources.... what a deceiving name. They just like to terminate people unless your pay grade is Sr. Vice President or less.

Our HR made all employees take a mandatory sexual harassment class a few months back (not on a computer though, just a regular get together in a room). It was scheduled for 2 hours, it took 30 minutes. Basically boiled down to "don't harass people, don't be an idiot, if you see harassment tell someone".

Their only purpose is so that the company can say "we told you so" when they have to fire someone because someone else complains about being made to feel uncomfortable. That's the #metoo world that we live in.

Easiest way i can explain that class isn’t this.
Don’t walk over to a lower level female employee or secretary and slap her on the azz as you walk out of work on Friday and say, “awesome job this week and have a great weekend, sweet tits!”
I think it’s complete BS that, as a man, i can’t do this because deep down, i know the lady that got the butt slap will love it but apparently that’s what HR thinks is a no no
