What the frick are you talking about? You provide no context. Your job is having a computer class on sexual harassment today and you want to know what makes them experts?
Did they claim to be experts or are they just providing a class to show what is considered sexual harassment? Is it required? If not, then why are you bitching?

I know of 2 managing directors were fired for having an affair with an analyst.
In the corporate world, there is no one that isn’t expendable. You either fall in line or they’ll have you replaced. It may set the business back weeks or months, but businesses of certain size will take a small loss to remind its workers that to work for them is a privelege and the workers can either conform or leave.
