How would you handle these four (4) situations?

HOA
You don't get along with your neighbor, and they have a flag pole with their NFL team on it in violation of HOA rules. Do you:
A. Ignore it/ask them to remove it; or
B. Call the HOA and insist on a fine.
The Lake
At the boat ramp a drunk stranger next to you calls you over to their boat and shows you a cooler full of fish clearly over the limit. Do you:
A. Mind your own business; or
B. Call the game warden.
Restaurant
Guy at the table next to you is being loud and cursing profusely. Do you:
A. Ask to be seated somewhere else/leave; or
B. Ask for the manager and insist he be asked to leave.
Bar
You and a buddy are sitting next to a loud obnoxious person you know already. You both start making disrespectful remarks. Other guy leaves, but when you walk outside he's waiting with several friends and a brawl ensues. You are seriously injured. Do you:
A. Take your licks like a man and learn your lesson; or
B. Call the cops, press charges, testify at trial, and mock the person on Facebook while they're sitting in jail.

D. Re evaluate your choices in: neighborhoods, restaurants, and hangouts

Hire an assassin.

If it doesnt impact me, I mind my own business.
Society would be a better place if all acted in the same manner.

These all seem oddly specific.
But I'll play since not many others will.
HOA: I ignore it because I don't give a shite.
The Lake: I ignore it because I don't give a shite. MAYBE I'd let him know that he'll get busted for catching over the limit.
Restaurant: If it's too bad I may ask the nicely guy if he can keep it down, then upgrade to a manager if that doesn't work.
Bar: I likely don't engage with the fight because I'm a grownup. If the fight comes to me, I defend myself while trying to remove myself as quickly and safely as possible. I'm too old to risk not getting home to my family (although I would likely never be at the bar in the first place anyway).

I can't even fathom. I'm in my early 50s and I've never lived in a HOA. I now live in the woods far from any neighbors and civilization. I live off a long gravel driveway off of a gravel county section line road. You can't see my house or shop buildings from the road, so the only people that even know there's a house here are package delivery drivers and friends and family.

Your HOA are Nazi's
Ignore it and mind your business.

assuming I have my family with me and/or there are other kids in the restaurant....Be a man and confront the guy and ask him to consider the other guests in the restaurant and especially the kids.

Don't be a dick and talk shite about people if you can't run your hands like you run your mouth. In this case take your arse whipping and chalk it up as a lesson.

A, B, A,
C. I ain’t fighting anyone to injury. If I need to protect myself there will be a chalk outline of someone, either me or him. But if I can walk the other way, I will.

On 1 and 3 you can tell on them if you want but you dont get to decide the punishment.

Im not trashy so I wouldnt find myself in these scenarios except maybe the boat ramp. I wouldnt say anything but hope the guy gets caught.
People who fish / hunt over the limits are selfish and trashy. I love fishing and I dont mind doing small things to maintain nature so my kids and theirs can enjoy it too.

HOA
I’d cut the flag down, repeatedly if necessary
LAKE
More than likely mind my own business
RESTAURANT
Would probably leave, more than likely not return
BAR
This scenario wouldn’t happen, I would pull my concealed weapon and probably walk away
