One 90 + yr old lady that lives by herself.
Everyone else is 30-60 yrs old.
Bout 3 MILFS (one moved away last year)
Pretty diverse.
College or Trade School educated.
With the “one” bat shite crazy, Karen that bosses her husband around and is the center of every HOA meeting drama.

Decent with the exception of one neighbor who's a fricking dickhead.

Just moved in a few months ago but the neighborhood is a mix of elderly and retired couples who have lived in the neighborhood since it was built (Mid-60s) and younger families who moved in after those older neighbors have died off or have been sent to assisted living.
Most of the neighbors around me are friendly and have introduced themselves and everything, which is nice.
Only weird thing is the school district. It's Columbine. We'll probably take advantage of open enrollment with that one.

In my building: mainly older white folks or younger Asian families.
In my neighborhood: depending on the direction you walk from my door, it ranges from young and hip to tech worker to public housing to homeless. And one large building of primarily older people.
