Those pond crawfish get all fricked up when it is windy.

Surprise. Got a farmer’s wife up in here already making excuses. If the farmer sells for $4/lb, the store or restaurant or salesman is gonna have to add on to make a profit. Which means we’re all paying $7-9 after it’s gone through the middle man and end seller. Supposedly there’s never as much supply as the year before, but rarely have places been out of crawfish once the season is under way

Like every year, they will be more expensive before Good Friday because the season is slow, then after Easter Sunday, like clockwork prices will drop.
