How to tie shoes without rinkling your shirt?

Im getting ready to go to church this morning and every dad gum time i bend down to tie my tennis shoes i sit up and my shirt were my belly is always gets rinkled. Anyone figure out a “life hack” for this yet?

Use a longer handled shoe horn to get the shoes on: LINK
