Not sure if is someone that people should know who he is, but I never heard of him so I had to google.

I see he was arrested in 1977 for sexual assault to a 13 year old model. That's sick. He did settle out of court and paid her the agreed amount.

Not saying this is an excuse at all, but his wife was killed by the Manson family. 10 years later that situation happens with the 13 year old. He might have just been in a bad place.. Still not an excuse, but he is 86 now and is a successful Hollywood person.

So I don't really think that just because he got a standing ovation at a recent Oscars is an example of "liberals supporting pedophiles".

We could go all day and make up something both sides support all because of something that was done that involved someone that did some bad shite.

I was looking for something more like.... Does liberal judges keep pedophiles out of jail or is "we think accused pedophiles should never be discriminated against and if they want to live next to an elementary school then that is their god given right" part of their platform?

It just seems like a weird thing to say considering liberals and the whole #metoo moment.
