Start saying shite about her. To her.
Like, " I wish people would just mind their own business."
Or point out something not good about her house/yard, like too many weeds, etc.

We don’t have an HOmeowners Association. She tries to be one though. I work 5 days a week and I dont have all day to play around in the fricking yard. Plus, I’m not paying a fricking maintenance company when I do it myself. She’s a misery frick who needs to get fricked with a rake.

Get a drone and hover over house for a couple hours a month. Then call her and let her know if she minds her you’ll mind yours.

Couple of options here:
1. Ignore her. Stop answering her calls or just let her leave a voicemail that you just forget to return (or return if you want to).
2. Ask her nicely to mind her own business. Considering she lives around the corner.. im not sure why she cares what you do. I am going to assume she is one of those people who it was a mistake to talk to and now wont leave you alone?
3. Confront her with petty issues you see on her property and tell her to leave you alone in a not so nice way.
Also- what was her reasoning to want to see your camera video recordings? Im guessing she can see the cameras from the sidewalk/road? WTF

A friend of mine had someone set fire to his home.
Allegedly a professor at Tulane instructed a crackhead on how to make a chemical fuse with brake fluid and bleach and paid them to do it.
