When she is gone one day, dump a load of chicken shite in her front yard.

It is the homeowner's responsibility to have the shite removed.

Problem is, it is a bio-hazard and nobody is willing to do it. If she doesn't remove it quickly, she is fined out the yin-yang and/or even jailed.

Then drive by and wave as she's shoveling shite.

the upside of having neighbors like this is when shite happens, they see it. like car break ins and package theft.
