We are an all desk job company, and we have quarterly randoms.

White collar professional jobs generally don’t test. If you are a blue collar baw they are more likely to test you.

worked at two Public accounting firms. wasn't ever tested at either and never even a threat of it. What people do on their own time is no business of their employer

As a business owner, I wholeheartedly agree until it affects said employees performance.

Only if your injured. If you’ve been working there 2+ years and you get popped if you admit it and subject yourself to treatmeant and weekly testing for 6 months you can keep your job once, the 2nd time you’re popped you’re fired.

Past jobs only drug tested for the hiring process. Current job, no piss test required except for the time we all had to get a drug test because we were working on a federal job site.

The feds didn't want to see the results of the test, just a letter from us saying So N So was fit for duty. It was pretty funny when one of the owners tested positive for marijuana.

My company hasn’t had a random or tested even an injured employee since cbd oil was cleared in Tennessee..... I broke my thumb and asked why and they ignored me.

I know a woman who was a brewer for a small local craft brewery. She was offered a job for a major craft brewery owned by A-B and they required a hair sample. So she shaved her head and donated the hair to Locks of Love before taking the job.

Disagree.

A private company should have the right to make whatever rules they want in order to be employed by them.

Disagree with the rules work elswewhere.

Pretty sure they take it from your arm. 1/4in goes back roughly 45 days but that varies person to person.
