That's pretty epic. I need to get more creative next year. I just looked at mine on the internet again, they haven't arrived yet, and damn it's a bit weird. I'm sure I'll be self conscious when making out all of the envelopes.

I just found out this week what our card looks like. I honestly had no idea what her plan was this year. The only thing she asked me to do was get a few address of friends and fam that have moved.

the wife and her family never sent cards, so we don't.
i think it's kind of silly that she doesn't do it, but it's bullshite i don't have to deal with(her asking me for addresses, etc)

Got one that ticked off how great a year this couple had with a list of accomplishments, including but not limited to new house, husband getting ready to retire next year, travel to multiple locations, job promotion, and new dog! I thought that was super pretentious but my wife didn't have an issue with it.

Ours has a nip slip we didn't notice until we sent them out to everyone. Even the rabbi got one, and we're not even Jewish.

Advice to all.
Convince wife that people only want to see pics of the kids and therefore no reason for adults to be on the card.
Sit inside and watch football on Christmas card picture day and enjoy.
Advice #2 - If you have a son, pull him aside before picture day and explain the man code. You have saved yourself but could not save him. That was a sacrifice you were willing to make. If he is difficult during pictures and it requires you to leave the couch it aint gonna be pleasant.
