How precise are hair follicle tests?

I was offered a job on-site right after an interview. They asked me if I'd be ok with taking a drug test to help expediate the process and allow me to get in the office as soon as possible. I agreed to it, thinking it'd just be a urine analysis, but was told it'd be a follicle sample. Of course I complied because I really had no other option.
I did a few lines on New Years and took a single baby hit from a bowl a few weeks ago. Am I completely fricked here?

Hair test can go back up to 90 days. Depends on how far back they want to go. 30/60/90. Possibly even further. I find it funny they did this to get you on sooner. Sounds like you were offered by a place that goes through a ton of people and potentials but have to abide by a strict DT policy. Didn't want to waste time on you if you can't pass. It's turn around season so I'm guessing you showed up to a hiring fair?

It takes much more cocaine and weed than that to start binding to your hair follicles. A hair follicle test is mostly to see if you are a habitual user. I think you'll be fine.

Incorrect. This place has about 25 office employees. I've just never heard of a follicle sample as the primary drug testing method. I've read that minimal/infrequent use could potentially bode well in my case and have talked to friends who've supposedly passed these after above average intake spanning over longer intervals of time. I'll have my results Thursday.
