You had a credit card at age 18?
I had a credit card at 18. Unsecured under my own name. Discover student card with a 300$ limit. Put gas and my utility bill on it and paid that shite off religiously.
Now I have more credit at 25 than any smart person should. Get a damn email once a month saying they are raising limits
Bastards aren't going to fool me into debt.

16th birthday. The same day, right after I got my drivers license.
Mom made me call home when I got to school, when i was leaving school and when I got home.....
That lasted about 3 days, when I called home in the AM before school and my dad answered the phone half sleep and told me to stop. Lol

I guess I was like 12ish, basically for emergencies. It was a little cameraless flip phone that was prepaid (I think the network was Net10).
Now everyone starts with the newest iPhone.

19, second year at UNO in '97. It was one of the first Sprint flip phones. My roommate had a Primeco almost a year before that.
IMO Primeco is who really started the cell phone revolution with buckets of minutes and smaller phones. Before that my parents had a suitcase phone that you paid every minute for.

28 y/o...Put an old school permanent handset cell phone in my wife's car when my daughter was born in 1993. Back when cars had those little pig tail antenna's.
