First & last marriage was 49 years ago when I was 20. She was barely 18. Our marriage is stronger than ever.

1. Take time to get to know them well before committing.

2. Be prepared to work out plenty of differences, especially in that 1st year.

23 the first time. 30 the second.

No regrets...have to make a few mistakes to learn from them.

Almost 27. I’m 37 (she’s 35) now and we just had child number 3. I found an awesome woman.

Had I married the girl I was dating in my early 20s before moving to saint Augustine it definitely would’ve been settling. When I moved there and met my wife shortly after, I knew very quickly that I liked her a lot more than anyone I had met to that point.

It’s cliche but I think you’ll know.

I was 28 when I got married, my husband was 34. Our 4 year wedding anniversary will be this June. Things are going really well so far.

I say nothing wrong with being proactive about dating if that's what you want, but I'd do it casually. Eventually someone will come along that you really want to spend your time with, doesn't matter if you are early 20s or 30s. Just don't rush into something with the wrong person because you feel you should settle down due to age.

43

I had a previous long term relationship and engagement that I screwed up before the wedding so it set me back about 10 years.

29, about to turn 30. No complaints.

With that said, if I got married between 20 and 27, there is close to a 100% chance it would have ended in divorce.

23, been together 28 years, still have great relationship, kid late in live has been the main stressor, but she’s also so awesome, just hard to keep up with cause we are old...

Three pieces of advise...
#1 Don't rush things. You will know when the right person comes along...so will they.
#2 I'm assuming you are a guy. Don't marry any woman that does not cherish her father...if you are a female, reverse the advise.
#3 Trust me on #2

25. She was 26. We were together for 8 years, but I don't really count the last couple as marriage. It doesn't really matter the age. It's the 2 people. Nothing is for certain. You can't predict the future. I never would have thought I'd be divorced. You just have to find someone that is worth the risk.

You are a male with no ovaries becoming less fertile by the minute.

Do whatever you want and just enjoy life.

ETA: I got married at 34, my husband was 32 then. Will be 6 years in 2018(but 11 years together).

I was 24, she (no pics) was 22. Still getting head and jumping bones on the regular. I admit we did hit a rough patch. Now, things are going great and I will do anything to keep her happy. 3 kids got me thinking clearer than ever

I was 26 and he was 27. We dated off and on while very young (his family lived in my neighborhood) then reconnected mid 20s. Have been married 10 years. Raised 2 kids. Oldest is 18 year old stepson and we have a 9 year old. Thought at the age of 28 we were too young to have 2 kiddos, but now they are doing their own things and more babies are not in the cards. 9 year old thinks she's a socialite and the boy is headed into the army. Leaves quite a bit of quiet nights alone and we love it. If you are happy with your spouse mid 30s are the funnest.

Woman have a biological clock because they are less fertile once they hit 30 and older. It can make a single woman much more desperate to marry because she feels time is running out for her.

Men don't have this issue as much. Their fertility isn't as greatly affected as they age. Plus...they can always just marry a woman much younger than them if they want lots of kids.
