re: How old were you when you drank your first beer, who'd you drink it with?

Probably 4 or 5 when I would ask my dad for a sip. It developed to a little more as the years went by. Cajun upbringing.

Unofficially: 10 y/o at the Lakefront with my older cousin who got me to drink in order for me to play his video games. It was absolutely disgusting and I poured it out when he wasn't looking.

Officially: 18 y/o at a kegger with a guy named, "Boobz," no joke. It was Miller Lite, mostly foam since I didn't know about the nose grease trick yet.

6 years old at a family holiday. 1 colors light. Snuck it out of the garage fridge and drank the whole thing. Went inside and started cursing and then knocked myself on my arse in front of the whole family trying to walk through a sliding glass door.

I grew up sipping on my dad's beer though

5. It was a Dixie beer. I used to fetch them from the fridge for dad. He always preferred to already have the tab pulled and thrown away when he got it. My reward was I could sip a little off the top.

I say 5 because on one occasion dad was outside grilling and asked me to get him a beer. I got it but on my way out I noticed my brother and sister were watching the dukes of hazzard. I got so caught up in watching and drinking that by the time he came in to ask where his beer was it was gone.
