Talk to your doctor for his opinion but I would say 50 is a good starting age. This is nothing to play around with. Colon cancer is very preventable by getting these tests.

My dad died from colon cancer, so my doc said I should get one around 45.

I'm pretty sure 50 is the starting point for a healthy individual with no family history.

Y'all can laugh it off, but it's a needed screening device.

You can also get a virtual one, although not as accurate.
