I've slowed down on my reading. I'm reading a book on Hitler now that I just started but can't motivate myself to actually really start reading it. In the past once I started a book, I would finish it pretty quick. Now It's a chore for me just to start one.

I read a lot. I pretty much always have a book going. Before I finish one, I’ll have the next picked out. I almost always stick to history, but on occasion will veer off to a Star Wars novel.

Most nights I’ll read a book in bed for about an hour before laying down and going to sleep.

For those unaware - if you have a kindle you can check out e-books from your local library instead of having to buy via Amazon:

Steps to Send a Libby Book to Your Kindle (Using the Libby App):

Get the Libby App: Download Libby on your phone or tablet (iOS or Android).
Add Your Library: Open the app, find your library, and sign in with your library card.
Find a Book: Browse or search for an ebook and tap Borrow.
Select Kindle: On your shelf, find the borrowed book and tap Read With, then choose Kindle.
Sign into Amazon: You'll be redirected to Amazon; sign in to your Amazon account.
Send to Device: Confirm you're sending it to the correct Kindle device and tap Get Library Book.
Read: The book will appear in your Kindle's library.

I read everyday.

I didn’t pick the habit up until my mid 20s before then I’d make fun of people who were a “book worm” . How foolish I was.

To me books are amazing and you can learn a lot from a book. I know today there is YouTube, but there is something about reading print.

I spend most of my time at work reading. In my free time I like to give my eyeballs a rest.

Last year I read 22 books.

I've had a busy year and only got 10.5 in. I'll probably finish this last one before the end of the year.

I'm only on my phone though. It's easier to me to lay in bed before I go to sleep and read a bit.

I'll probably set my goal around 20 books next year. I know I have several that were on my want to read list this year that I'll be able to get through in 2026.

I read every night before bed. Usually 9-9:30 I'll start reading. When I get tired, I stop and go to sleep.

I normally don't watch TV before bed unless its an LSU game or something I really want to watch.

All the time. Get a Kindle and you can also use the Kindle app. Instead of doomscrolling or whatever, read.

Same on planes. Read.
