A group of single industrious guys would be smart to fake bachelor parties... you know, for the commonality and conversation starter.
There are tons of bachelor parties too, just not close to the bachelorette total.
They have a few businesses that "organize" the parties for the women. They get like $500 per party to book all the reservations at restaurants and chaperone them around town to fun stuff.
They get the real money from restaurant and bar kickbacks.
And yes, the 2 guys I've met that do this are queer as a football bat.

Your move should be to buy a party bus and befriend the football bats.

Every girl in that picture looks like they'd be a miserable count to be around

Kind of amazed that they allow commercial vehicles to drive around with people drinking like that.

Pedal Taverns are illegal in New Orleans. Makes no sense!

Also, I've talked to plenty of these women before and usually get the same reasons:
- Fun/cool place with lots of bars and things to do
- They feel like it is safe
- Close proximity to friends that don't all live in the same city (usually Southern women on these things)

Charleston is the same too. Can’t walk around on a weekend night without seeing at least 5.

Two pages in and no post about the drunk girl in Nashville dancing like Beyoncé?

Has to be bar owners greasing politicians. Even still, I wouldn't want to peddle one of those things through all those damn potholes.

The funny thing is I'm pretty sure Nashville is no open container down town? Yet they allow party trollies.
New Orleans is open container, yet no party trollies.
Figure that one out..
