My bosses wife gave everyone at the office a box of candy before lunch.

Brought the box of candy home, said happy Valentine’s Day, and handed it to wife.

We don’t make a big deal over Valentine’s Day. Bought my wife a box of chocolates and a puzzle. She likes puzzles the way I like models.

We are leaving Friday for a long weekend in Blue Ridge, GA though.

Great place for a getaway. Beautiful scenery, and lots to do. Just don’t eat at Black Sheep unless you really want to get screwed, and not in a good way.

$10 flowers, $6 Lindt chocolates and a handwritten "card" on my stationary. Valentine's Day is right there with NY Eve. Only morons and idiots spend greatly.

Like $55-ish. $10 for a dozen roses at Winn Dixie, plus some Reese’s and a card from me and the kids. Grabbed one of their quick, ready to go meals to cook and a bottle cab. She added “sexy time” to my calendar when she got home - appointment beginning at 10P.

$70 on dinner for 4 at home- Red Snapper, lobster Mac & cheese and asparagus, with dessert from a local sweets shop, and about $45 on a bottle of her new favorite perfume. Maybe it’s a Chinese knockoff, but she’s happy

$0.00

$25.00 when factoring inflation, doing nothing still costs more under FJB

My wife and I are just getting over the flu b and today we canceled our trip to the Caribbean scheduled for Friday.

So she went to Sonic and picked up food. I haven't felt great and I haven't left my property in 10 days. So whatever Sonic costs for a couple of burgers, 2 shakes and I also got a chili cheese coney.

$50 for cards/flowers/candy
$30 on NY strip/baked potatoes/green beans/bread cooked at home
$15 on Chick-fil-A for the kids dinner

We don't go very hard for Valentine's day, but dinner was delicious and everyone is happy
