If needed I can use my electric matches, just gotta keep the remote detonator hub dry. Also, those hand held butane torches are cheap and work in rain.

For me: none. For my brother who does a huge camp out and Bon fire with 30-40 people at the house: huge.

The rain may be a good thing. May keep some of the idiots popping fireworks inside instead of making racket after 9pm.
