$140K @3.75. Bought it using VA loan during the housing bubble bust. Home was originally $250K.
Refinanced to 2.75% in 2010. Nothing like $700 mortgage on a brand new home. Gonna sell in a couple years, though. Ready to move settle permanently back south.
