I would gladly stay at Staring before any Residence Inn type place on or near Coursey area. Give me Staring Lane and dealing with Mayflower area any day. I know this much...very few people frequent the place.

It is on a major road and there are several nice neighborhoods within a couple hundred feet. The door has a lock. I don't see the big deal. I'd rather stay there than that block behind the Popeyes up the street..

I guess it depends on the room. The comforters have to be disgusting from years of bodily fluids, cigarette ash and drugs, and I doubt they wash them frequently. Also You will probably at some point have someone knocking on your door because someone they knew who sold drugs used to stay in that room.
