It's over 800,000 acres of land.
Is that in Texas or all their holdings in all states?

It's just the King Ranch and the King Ranch is only in Texas. I'm not sure about the entity that owns the King Ranch.

Don't know how much it would cost to buy but I'm pretty sure it would be at least $2500 an acre. They have 10's of thousands of farmland on the ranch. At one time the owners were also the largest orange producer in Florida. It's a pretty amazing place.

In much of the west land goes for more like $10-15 an acre. That may not apply in S. Texas because of the oil factor, but $1000k may be an overestimate.

That's not even factoring in livestock and animals, equipment, structures, houses, vehicles, etc

$1,000 an acre is low for Texas and you aren't getting oil rights for any price so that isn't factored in

Pretty sure the ranch is just there for shits and giggles now.

There's roughly $35-45 million dollars worth of cattle on it as we type.

Also there are tens of thousands of acres of crop land. Several hundred people work out there

The engineers who designed the TT wanted it to remind a man of a woman's arse and tiddies...true story.
