Yeah, I was speaking in terms of land value only. When you start factoring in all other assets such as livestock, farm equipment, grain holding facilities, I'm sure they have an impressive gin, then I'm sure it starts getting pretty steep.
I don't know what the value of the place is if you wanted to buy land + all other assets, but some guy somewhere has a pretty incredible spreadsheet somewhere that tells you... These bastards aren't sitting on 800,000 acres + all other assets/liabilities and not having a ballpark figure on what it would take to buy them out.

it you go by what is for sale close by...
you have 23.7 (33777 acre ranches at $250,000,000) in 800,000 so the price for 800,000 would be 23.7 X $250,000,000 = $5,925,000,000.
