How much candy do you have left over that you didn’t give away on Halloween?

I never come even close to giving away all the candy I buy nowadays. I probably have enough candy left over to eat for dessert for the entire month of November or at least close to the end of November.

There used to be enough trick or treaters that I’d give away all the candy. I don’t even remember when the number of trick or treaters declined.

None.

Had 6 bags and burned through it all this year.

We were aiming to hand out for an hour and then shut it down so we could put the baby down. Three bags of candy lasted about 50 minutes.

Zero net zero.

Didn’t put any candy out, don’t have leftovers.
I was Scrooge McDuck for Halloween.

My kids were at one home and the jerk claimed he gave all his candy away to the kid ahead of us. We don't believe him and are ready to take revenge

I have noticed the same in my subdivision. A few years ago we'd go through several bags of candy. But last night, I had 6 groups come by. I have tons leftover. There's a bunch of new neighborhoods that have been built in the area, so I suspect that's where people are going.

About half. Houses here are too far apart for most people so they go to more populated areas. I think i answered the door 3 times

All of it. Didn't have a single trick or treater. We never do.
I bought 2 bags of KitKats BOGOF at Publix just in case.

I am a liberal giver of candy. Handfuls. My wife is a Nazi. She took over last night, so the last group that came through I just threw the entire bag and an half into their golf cart. Still had two unopened in the house, so I snuck back out and put another bag in the curb. It was gone.

Moved to a new neighborhood that seems exactly like the type of place you’d have a lot of trick or treaters but I found out later we have one of those neighborhoods next to us that EVERYONE goes to trick or treat, so I guess I’ll save on candy.

I have about 5 Reese’s I kept out for myself. The rest got given out. We had a huge turnout this year.

We live out in the sticks and usually have 5 to 10 groups stop by. This year our church had its party same night. We still have it all. No one came by. Kind of a bummer.

We don’t keep a lot at the house since we normally don’t get very many due to our location (on a busy road between two big neighborhoods). This year we were the only house in the row of 7 houses that even had our porch light on. The rest all of have younger kids and I’m assuming were out.
