How much blight could you baws remove fwith 3 million dollars?

BR has about three million dollars to spend each year to remove "blight".

For three million dollars I'm pretty sure that over the course of a year I could turn the vast majority of North Baton Rouge into a parking lot. A dirt parking lot, but a parking lot none the less.

With the rubble that comes from knocking down 6 to 8 buildings in a month they can't fill one swimming pool?

In BR...not much. Blight is a societal and governmental requirement north of I-10 in BR.

What kind of blight are we talking about? If it's old houses then lead and asbestos abatement adds up real quick.

To me the most noticeable in some part of N BR is trashy yards, trashy lots, trashy trash, and trashy people.
The first 3 could probably be dealt with. I'm not sure the 4th could be dealt with in a way that most people would agree to.

You can have as many blight programs as you want, but people are the ones responsible for things looking like shite. You could put these people in CCL and it'll eventually look like shite.
