For our 2br/2ba apartment (about 1150sqft):
Mortgage - $2400
HOAs - $275
Electric - about $140
Internet (no cable) - $115
Only counting the expenses for the house and not things like cell phones and car notes.

3600 sq/ft house. $300-$400 on electric. $80 Internet . $30 on alarm. Annual termite $120. Garbage is like $15-20. Phones $150.
