It’s 3.5 hours to my hometown.
In my 20’s and 30’s no stops always trying to beat my last time.
Now in my 40’s… I take my time, enjoy the ride, and stop once or twice just to get some snacks, something to drink, to pee, or just to walk around.
I love how “peace” is becoming more my goal in life. Brings way more happiness

Solo? Once
With wife and kids? 2-3 times

Every other week I do 9 hours on Friday and 9 hours on Sunday. If I got a vehicle with enough gas tank, I stop once. If not, I stop twice. When I stop its gas, piss, grab a drink and snack and go.

Two times, maybe 3 if I can find something interesting along the way

Zero. Riding with you would make me crazy.
You sound like you belong on a Progressive Insurance Commercial about turning into your parents. Old men love to brag about how they can make a trip without stopping and how quickly they made it. It’s a subconscious fantasy about being a NASCAR driver.

Zero if I don’t need gas.
I used to make a 9.5 hour drive regularly. I would stop once for gas.
I’n not trying to be in the road longer than I have to.

If I’m traveling alone and leave with a full tank of gas, I can go five hours without stopping.
If I’m traveling with my wife, daughter, and MIL, we’ll have to stop a minimum of 2 or 3 times.

If the entire drive is 5 hours? Once. If it's a 5 hour part of a larger drive, like say 15 hours, it varies based on how much coffee I've been drinking on the trip.

Once if I have to for fuel, otherwise zero

By myself once, with the family, at least 3 if not 4 times.
I can always pee so it is what it is. I don’t mind stopping

How many Bucee's are along the way?

I usually stop once to whiz but occasionally don’t. 5 hours is not a bad drive endurance wise

Prob 3 times. I’m not racing to get anywhere worried about ‘making good time’. Never understood that concept.

Depends how many Bucees are on the way.

I do the drive between BR and Germantown, TN quite a bit. I'll usually stop somewhere to fill up and grab a snack, but that's it.
