Currently, two dogs. One is mine. One is my mother's (she has dementia). My mother's dog has been with me for over a year. I eventually hope to find a great home for him (legal battle over my mom's care right now prevents me from doing this already).

I lost my Dobie in December.

A few weeks ago, we fostered another Doberman, and after he found his forever home, my girls and I realized we’re ready to welcome another Dobie into our family.

In May, I’ll be flying to bring her home. While she could never replace the best dog I’ve ever had, I know she’ll carve out her own special place in our hearts and we are all very excited about the memories we will get to create with her.

1 dog a very small Shihtzu (10yo), 3 cats (15, 10, 10) - vet bills and meds are crazy having senior pets. Down from 2 dogs and 7 cats at one time. I cat has asthma and takes 3 meds a day and an inhaler 2X a day. Luckily he is a very chill cat and lets me do the inhaler and meds. My Mom would never let us keep pets when growing up so I suppose I've been making up for that.

2 dogs. We used to use what I call the Chik-Fil-A of vets in town. Service with a smile and a ‘my pleasure’, but it was $500 for every wellness visit. They treated one of ours for parvo and they’re right down the street, but we switched vets last year and cut the vet bill in half.

5 month old cat
9 year old yellow lab
11 year old yellow lab
14 year old mutt
21 year old cat

Did not plan to have a menagerie but it happened. We know due to the age of most of our pets we could lose most of them soon so we don’t take them for granted.

2 dogs ,a Weimaraner and a a frenchie.. The most mutt and Jeff combo of dogs.. The Weimaraner is pretty chill , but the Frenchie is one oddball MF'er that has motor that doesn't shut off...

the wife has them on this food that like $90 a bag plus a soft food topping that ain't cheap either.. I swear I'm cheaper to feed most months

2 dogs. They require much more time and effort than the one human kid we have. Still trying to figure out how to claim them as dependents on my taxes.

I had a retired vet I bought a puppy from tell me dogs are just like kids except you don’t have to send them to college.
