That's the story I was always told. But a drug deal gone bad makes the same amount of sense to me. It is rare for someone get killed over pot, but it does happen.

My friend's brother was murdered by cops in Cobb Co GA.
He was an ex con, troubled.
While on parole he robbed a waffle house.
Got home. Went to sleep.
Cops track him down, send swat to his house in the middle of the night on a no-knock warrant, kick the door in and blew him away as he was startled jumping out of bed.

My buddy's wife was murdered in front of their young kids. It was a carjacking. The pieces of shite followed her home from Walmart

One of my managers 17 year old son was killed by two of his classmates over a girl...they were both caught trying to bury the body...pled to 25yrs
Girl I worked with New Orleans was killed at her job at a Daquiri shop...they put her in the cooler and then shot her...
Never knew this guy but I had to deal with the aftermath of a teenager being shot and killed in the parking lot of my restaurant...3pm drug related

A girl who was a friend of a gal my buddy dated was murdered by a fricking gang wannabe.
The piece of shite walked into a restaurant and shot the first person he saw, which was this girl who was hostessing that night. He did it as part of a gang initiation.
