How many of you people are in therapy?

Be honest.
How long?
Do you find it has benefitted you?
Is your therapist a psychologist, a counselor, an LCSW, or a full blown shrink?

I have found that the OT is therapy for many people here.

My wife and I went to a grief counselor last year for one session. Neither of us felt if was very beneficial and we did not continue the therapy.
I guess it was hard to truthfully open up to a complete stranger over extremely personal and difficult issues.
More power to anyone who uses one that works for them. Props to you for recognizing your problems and making steps to treat them rather than turning to some other, less productive outlet.

I can't find any hot young therapists where I live. Hookers will have to do.

I did online therapy for a few months, it helped a lot in the beginning and then just got repetitive.
