How many of you could take a wrestling "chop" to the chest?

I've taken boots to the face.
In my younger days, of course.

I think I watched that sting flair match live.

A good friend of mine did some Indy wrestling and promoted a few of his own shows when we were in our 20s. He had Sam Houston (Jake The Snake Roberts’ brother) come in and work a show one time. Before the show while we were all hanging out I got Sam to give me a chop to the chest. I don’t recommend it

If any of y'all are old enough to remember Ronnie Garvin, he used to chop the snot out of jobbers every Saturday on WTBS.

That's probably true.
He did them hard enough that your heart would stop after the 3rd or 4th one

My former father in law was a wrestler in the ‘70’s and had a ring in his backyard (Calhoun, GA). Several wrestlers doing the GCW circuit would practice their moves at his house during the week. I do remember my ex saying they would have chop contests to see who could take the most.
Mr. Wrestling II was my favorite growing up. Crazy to find out years later, he would be practicing in my future wife’s backyard.
