I've been on 9 of them, so I'm trashy as hell. My wife and I always have a good time, but we know what we are getting into with them. Anyone can have a great time on a cruise.

Carnival to the Bahamas 18 years ago. Unless it’s a higher end cruise line I wouldn’t recommend it for a honeymoon.

I’ve only been once and had a good time. It’s easy to have a good time as long as you know what you’re getting into.

Like the other guy said, I don’t k ow if I’d want to take my honeymoon on one.

Travel board may give you better info

Are you thinking Caribean, Alaska, Europe, etc.?

I took Norwegian Cruise Line in 2016 through the Mediterranean and it was anything but trashy.

You should rethink this idea. Find yourself and your bride a beautiful, secluded ADULT ONLY resort and enjoy your time together alone. A honeymoon is about becoming one with each other...on a whole lot of different levels. This isn't done on a cruise ship.

I'm also not a fan of cruises as we like to immerse ourselves into the local culture while on vacation. This also isn't done on a cruise. Eight hours at a stop doesn't work for me.

That's just me....not a fan of cruises.

Just don’t do carnival if you’re looking for better than trashy. Carnival is a budget cruise line. Royal Caribbean is better. Norwegian is better.

Just got off a Disney Cruise on Monday. FYI, still cold in the Bahamas in January.
