Agreed. I’m no religious fish, but even I understand that facts preclude faith. You don’t need faith if you saw Jesus at Whole Foods yesterday.

FACT:

Most people go to church because it's what their parents/grandparents/greatgrandparents did. It's a tradition and social event to millions of baptists, methodists, catholics ect. Most don't ever bother to question that their church is interpreting the bible in a logical manner. They just do what they's did before them.

Church if for those who can't find a better way to give their lives meaning.

I'm in church every Sunday unless I'm at the camp. I don't necessarily agree 100% with what is said from the pulpit but I'm okay with the general idea.

Yes, I'm probably there because my parents went to church all their lives but I get a lot out of it. Those church members are my second family - I'm closer to some of them than to my real family. They are old, young, black, white, Republican, Democrat, and we all come together for one purpose. I love it. Also, church potlucks rule.

Church sucks. I only go when I visit my grandma and my mom is in a play at her church. That’s a total of about 3 x per year.

Don't forget fictional artifacts and structures all over the Middle East.

The temple wall in Jerusalem is fake as fake can be. Mexico paid for it.

I’ve gotten back into it. I missed the community that comes with church. Church puts me in a great place.
