Go see as many movies for as many reasons as you want.

But anyone over 20 who decides to see Barbie instead of Oppenheimer (which opened the same weekend) is a simpleton. That's like someone offering you a free meal and you chose McDonalds over an upscale steakhouse.

I don't need to know anything about the movie to know that it sucks. It's a movie called "Barbie."

Based on my observations from going to see Oppenheimer this weekend, the Barbie movie is a target rich environment

I mean, it's perfectly fine to not see the movie and not have an opinion generated by personal thoughts or individual experiences.

I know that's a weird thing to consider in today's culture but it's definitely okay. Also, stating "I am withholding comments" is not required to withhold comments.

The trans shite is barely discussed, but the whole movie is a propaganda piece on how the real world enslaves women and the barbie world enslaves men, ken turns "evil" by rebelling while the women are fine being housewives (apparently that's a bad thing), and the film promotes the notion that women have all the plights in the world, with men having none.

plus there's a banger of a 4 minute masturbation joke thrown in there for kicks that your kids are going to love. Wife and I walked out halfway during the mom's rant on how women statistically have it worse than men and men have no issues in their life. Prior to this, a bunch of families walked out during the masturbation jokes.

Also how can a trans barbie exist when barbies have no sex organs.
